So, here I continue my story –
So, As I told you I reached there at 8.30, so I decided to had a cup of coffee and some breakfast, and on pune station, I tried to search for a nice restaurant, I was actually expecting CDD, but as long as I could see, there was nothing but only one nice board with ‘CAFÉ’ I could see, so I decided to go there. Escaping all the drivers, conductors, auto walas, I made to to the restaurant, and my whole world crashed, I had actually entered and the sight was horrible. In short it was a restaurant for drivers and not for an alone girl.
Anyways, focusing on interview, I played for not toughing the breakfast and coffee and went to the office.
Well, in the first sight it was nice looking but reception was very slow and unprofessional, they asked me few questions and asked me to sit. Meanwhile I got call from the manager whom I had my interview with informing that I might be in wrong blinding and it was HR mistake which they often repeat with candidate. She asked me to tell HR that I need to go to another office, well, they all were useless and I had to walk to their other office.
Well, time comes and I get to go for interview, and manager was pretty understanding, professional and nice, everything went good, and she asked same question also mentioned it was just that they wanted to meet me face to face rest all was ok !! She told me about policies , my job work and offered me join for coffee , on the way to café she asked me to contact HR and complete paper work , she herself tried her number.
Well, we discussed and she left for a meeting and HR told me there was no paper work as of now.
I came back in a positive experience and before 2 weeks I came to know after several follow up that they have hired another person, this is the Interview review of BMC software pune.
Another one I got call from LinkedIn network, from a manger from some DW company in Bulgaria, and same after all the process and positive feedback, they say they are not hiring at the moment from India.
But the point t I learned is, India Managers and HR are not ready to hear honest and true answers, however in total opposition foreigners s actually respect and admire the true answers.
It’s been several months and I haven’t got any job. Indian Its are in profit, anybody can tell , but while hiring crying still about global economy crisis.
And a new trend is to give just 30-35% hike on current salary, say it notice period is too much, or you have already resigned and no option in hand.
Well, It golden period has passed and now just for any other private job, we are working where honestly and dedication has no meaning. Nobody respect or recognize an employee who just work to learn and explore responsibilities rather than just need a US visa to earn dollars instead consider him/her a fool, HR has become lying machines and management is behind their own promotions.

LoL, BTW, 3 lakhs engineering grads pass out a year. Still, good jobs are always there. Don't blame the system, it's always been like this, its just that you are exposed to the reality :)
How come you get calls from all big brands and that too from US and Bulgaria and Romania. :-o Pl tell me your sources too. I might need your help. Wishing you good luck in your job hunt, Priyamvada
